Purchase and Delivery


If you wish to make a purchase at our website, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your purchase including but not limited to your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any such purchase and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

All products shown on our website are advertised in good faith to be available at time of sale. However, unforeseen manufacturing, supply or delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability.


We always try our best to ensure all orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours. However in some rare cases it may take longer. Generally our delivery times vary depending on the product ordered and the delivery address. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is usually occur within –

  • 1 - 7 business days Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Newcastle, Perth, Hobart, Darwin, Geelong
  • 3 – 7 business days to non-metro areas in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia
  • 4 – 10 business days to non-metro areas in Western Australia, Tasmania and Queensland
  • 7 - 14 business days for regional areas in Western Australia, Tasmania, Queensland and Northern Territory

Please note that actual delivery times may vary especially during peak seasons and extreme weather conditions. Large and bulky products such as television and transportation products would also require extra handling and may take longer period for delivery. 

We deliver to most locations in Australia but not to international locations. We require a street address for delivery as we do not deliver to a P.O. Box address. Whilst some remote locations may be postage serviced, our carrier may not be able to deliver to such location and in such event they will deliver your product to a local depot where you can collect your products accordingly.

Our carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange for a suitable delivery time. Please ensure your requested delivery location is free from obstructions and is in a clean and tidy state to prevent any delivery delays. In order to ensure security of your products, we do not accept instructions to leave products unattended. Delivery must be signed for acceptance, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the product shall be presumed by us to be authorised to receive the products. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the absence of someone signing for delivery, our carrier will leave a collection card for collection.

Risk and title in product passes on you upon the date and time of delivery at the delivery address provided in your order. Please thoroughly inspect for any damage and confirm that the model, colour, size and quantity are correct before signing on the delivery acknowledgement receipt. By signing on the acknowledgement receipt, you are assumed to have made an inspection of the products. We are neither responsible for any damage claims that are not noted as damage upon delivery of product nor any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Product lost in delivery

If any product is lost during our delivery or being returned to us due to wrong address or no pick up and you decided that -

  • you still want the product, we will arrange to re-post the same product to you as soon as possible (subject to our stock availability); or
  • you don't want the product anymore, we will arrange for refund accordingly.
